Herbal facial steam
A revitalising blend of native NZ kawakawa, lavender, chamomile, calendula, &
rose petals—designed to soothe, boost circulation, calm inflammation and get
that glow.
Ingredients:
Kawakawa leaves, lavender, chamomile flowers, calendula petals,
rose petals. Approx ~20 g
To Use as a Facial Steam:
Add a handful of herbs to a large heatproof bowl or pot.
Pour in ~1.5 L (6 cups) boiling water.
Cover, infuse and allow to cool down for 10 - 15 minutes.
Carefully lean over the bowl (20–30 cm away), drape a towel over your head,
and steam for 5–10 minutes. If it sill feels to hot, wait a little longer
Finish with cool water splash, toner or hydrosol, then moisturise.
Tip: For extra luxury, follow with your Hibiscus + Rose Pink Clay Mask.
Caution: Be mindful of heat of he water and stabilise the bowl. External use
only. Do not use on broken skin. If pregnant/nursing or on medication, consult
your naturopath or rongoā practitioner.
