


Lavender Latte
This delicious, delicately floral and BLUE latte blend may help support relaxation, a calm
nervous system, and a good night sleep.
50g
To make:
Whisk ¼–½ tsp with a splash of boiling water to activate the blue pigment, then
top with hot milk.
For an iced version, activate with boiling water first, then shake or blend
with cold milk, ice, and your favourite sweetener.
Also lovely added to baking, folded into bliss balls, stirred into porridge or custards, used as
a base for lavender lemonade or botanical jelly, or even infused into cocktail syrups.
Unsweetened — add your preferred sweetener to taste.

flower (Clitoria ternatea), organic vanilla powder, Celtic salt.
