When added to sparkling or still water this cordial takes on the most striking violet hue, that changes to bright pink with the addition of lemon juice. Produces fun and very impressive cocktails with the addition of ice, lemon and vodka or gin.
To use/dose. 1:5 mix in hot, cold or sparkling water, added to wine, cocktails or mocktails or made into fun jelly or gummies with gelatine.
Store in refrigerator and use within 10 weeks once opened. Shake before use.
