Golden Milk
A classic turmeric latte with the added benefits of medicinal mushrooms. This warming and SPICY blend features turmeric — long treasured in traditional herbal practices for its anti-inflammatory properties — combined with aromatic spices andfunctional mushroom extracts. Perfect for when you need a cosy moment in your day.
To use:
Stir ¼–½ tsp into a little hot water, then top with warm milk and sweeten
to taste.
For an iced version, mix with a splash of hot water first, then shake or
blend with cold milk, ice, and your favourite sweetener.
Also lovely stirred into porridge or custard, or rolled into bliss balls.
Ingredients:
Turmeric, 10:1 reishi mushroom extract, 10:1 lionsmane mushroom
