Tummy Tea
A gentle blend of soothing herbs to support digestion and ease unsettled tummies.
Especially helpful when digestive upsets are tied to stress, nerves, or big feelings —
this tea is as calming to the belly as it is to the mind. A favourite for little ones (with a
spoonful of honey), but just as comforting for grown-ups.
Directions:
Use 1 tsp per person in a teacup or teapot. Pour over freshly boiled water,
cover, and steep for 5–7 minutes.
Enjoy warm, or chill and serve over ice for a
refreshing tummy tonic.
Ingredients:
Ginger (Zingiber officinale), peppermint (Mentha × piperita), lemon balm
(Melissa officinalis), chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla), calendula (Calendula
officinalis).
