Simmer Down ~ A tea to ease stress and anxiety

A soothing blend of nervous system supporting herbs to help you unwind when life feels overwhelming. Crafted to support a calm mind and relaxed nervous system, this tea is perfect for easing tension and softening the edges of a busy day and helping one to ease into sleep in the evening. Passionflower and Skullcap are particularly indicated for people who are overwhelmed and overstimulated by noise, light or the feel of fabric with an overactive mind that is over-cycling thoughts day and night.

This tea tastes lovely and can be served hot, or iced with honey and lemon.

Ingredients: Tulsi, Skullcap, Passionflower, Oatstraw, Lemonbalm, Chamomile, Rose

To make: Place 1 tsp per person in a teacup or teapot. Pour over fresh boiled water, cover (important) and allow to infuse for 5 minutes. You can also make a gentle overnight infusion with this to sip throughout the day. In a mason jar place 2-3 tsp and cover with the water from a recently boiled kettle. Cover and allow to steep over night, in the morning strain then keep in the fridge to drink during the day as needed (keep only for one day).

Caution: Not recommended during pregnancy. Please consult your health providers before use if pregnant, breastfeeding or on medication .
