A delicious herbal tonic base with elderberry, elderflower and other traditional immune-supportive herbs. Makes up o 2 litres of high potency Elderberry Cordial
To Make: Add full contents of kit to 2 litres water and 500g sugar or honey
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 30 minutes, or until reduced by approx. one-third
Fine strain and bottle in sterilised jar and sore in the fridge for up to 8 weeks
To Use: Mix with hot, cold or sparkling water
– Spoon into teas, tonics or mocktails
– Use as a base for jellies, syrups or ice-pops
– Add to gelatine and pour into moulds for immune-supporting gummies
– Or enjoy straight from the spoon when you feel run down or the beginnings of a cold or flu
