


Lotus, Lavender & Tulsi cordial kit
An interesting, delicious and floral cocktail, mocktail or cordial mix to get the
party started .
To Make: Add full contents of kit to a large pot then top with 2L boiling water.
Cover with lid and allow to infuse for at least four hours and up to overnight.
Fine strain then add the infusion back to the pot with 800 g of sugar, honey or a
mixture of both. Stir to the boil then simmer uncovered for 5 to 10 minutes to
reduce slightly.
Carefully bottle while hot in sterilised jars then store in the fridge for up to 8
weeks. Serve with extra fresh lemon juice to taste and watch the colour change
from deep purple to bright pink.
To Use:
– Mix 1:5 with cold still or sparkling water
– Add to cocktails, mocktails,
prosecco or iced tea
– Stir through desserts or drizzle over cakes and pancakes

make into jelly or gummy lollies!
- make into a warm tonic tea to take to bed
